If you have an account with The Demi, scroll to the bottom of the site and click “My Account.” Once you log in, click “Order History” from the menu on the left side and you’ll find your order number there. Don’t have an account with us yet? No problem! You can create one at any time. Just use the same email address you used when you placed your order. We always send an order confirmation email to the address that was provided at checkout. (If you don’t see it, be sure to check your junk and spam folder.)

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order as requested if it's already in process.

Once we ship your order, you'll receive an email that shows your package's tracking number.

We accept returns within 90 days of the purchase date. Within the first 30 days, we'll credit you a full refund for the purchase price of the item to the original form of payment. Within 31 - 90 days from the date of purchase, we'll issue you a store credit equal to the price of your item. The original cost of shipping, if applicable, will not be refunded.

To start a return, visit our Returns page and click on the “Click here to start your return” button at the bottom of the page. Fill in your order number and email address to receive your prepaid return label via email.

Processing refunds takes approximately 5 - 7 business days (from the time your shipment reaches our warehouse).Depending on which credit card you use, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to show up on your account.

At The Demi, we stand behind the quality of our product. We are pleased to offer a one year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects impacting your piece(s). If you suspect that your piece has a manufacturing defect, we will do what is needed to make it right. Sometimes we will offer a repair service by one of our in-house jewelers. In some instances, we'll send you a replacement piece. Simply enter the discount code by typing the code the window provided at checkout. A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. Please pay attention to promotional end dates, our codes will expire on the date published.
