Warranty & Returns

At The Demi, we truly want you to love your jewelry and your shopping experience. However, if for any reason you want to return your item, we understand! Check below for policy details. To start a return, just click on the button at the bottom of this page. 



At The Demi, we stand behind the quality of our product. We are pleased to offer a one year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects impacting your piece(s). If you suspect that your piece has a manufacturing defect, we will do what is needed to make it right. Sometimes we'll be able to replace the piece. Otherwise, we may offer a return/refund on in-warranty pieces. We accept within 90 days of the purchase date. 

Within the first 30 days, we'll credit a full refund back to the original form of payment. Within 31 - 90 days from the date of purchase, we'll issue you a store credit equal to the price of your item. The original cost of shipping, if applicable, will not be refunded.

To start a return, click on the “Click here to start your return” link below and fill in your order number and email address to receive your prepaid return label via email. 

Refunds will not be honored for purchases made using bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency.  All purchases using cryptocurrency are final sale.

Processing refunds takes approximately 5 - 7 business days (from the time your shipment reaches our office). Depending on which credit card you use, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to show up on your account after processing.
